EVENT SUBMISSION PROCESS


As your Member of Parliament, I am pleased to provide you with upcoming event listings that support our community’s interaction.  The event calendar is a community service to help people keep track of what's going on in their community. 

 

If you have events you want listed, please send all information by email to holdee0@parl.gc.ca.

 

Required information includes:

  • Event Sponsor (your organization if applicable)

  • Title of Event

  • Date of Event

  • Brief one sentence description of your free, fun, family event(include website link where appropriate).

  • Venue name

  • Address of Event

  • Time of Event

  • Contact Person

  • Contact Phone

  • Contact Email

IMPORTANT

To invite Ed Holder, Member of Parliament for London West to your event, please also send your request by email to holdee1@parl.gc.ca.

Of course, we don’t have the space to promote every event, so I will be giving priority to events based on the following criteria:

  • The event must be community-based
  • The event must be free to attend
  • The event should be family-friendly
  • The event must be welcoming for all members of the community
  • Details of the event must include contact details for people looking for further information
  • The event cannot be for the promotion of certain products, services or political matters
