Winning Strategies for Immigrant Entrepreneurship (Wise5) is a research project focusing on five communities in southwestern Ontario: Hamilton, Kitchener-Waterloo, London, Niagara, and Windsor. This project developed a profile of immigrant entrepreneurs, identified success factors as well as obstacles to success, and made recommendations for improved business start up and maintenance.
