Stimulus Funding Intake for Not-for-Profit Groups

Please be advised that as of July 18, 2009, our government has invited not-for-profit groups in Ontario to submit applications to the Infrastructure Stimulus Fund for projects that can be completed by March 31 2011.

An overview of the intake, which will be conducted jointly with the provincial government, can be found at http://www.marketwire.com/press-release/Infrastructure-Canada-1022949.html.

As with the municipal intake, non-profit groups will be required to obtain a password in order to access the application. To do so, they must contact Infrastructure Canada by email. The email address, relevant instructions and full program details are available at http://www.buildingcanada-chantierscanada.gc.ca/regions/on/nfpo-obnl-on-guide-eng.html#s1.

Please note that the correct deadline date for applications is August 18 2009.  Non-profits can contact Infrastructure Canada directly for more information at 613-948-1148.

Once you have made an application, it would be appreciated if you could send a copy to our office so that we can be aware of your interest in receiving funding.
